Our Core Initiatives

Creative expression. Community support. Lasting impact.

Theatre and Arts
for Healing

At Where We Meet, Inc., we believe in the power of storytelling and performance to heal. Our writing and theater workshops provide a safe space for women, veterans, trauma survivors, and community members to express their emotions, process experiences, and build resilience. Through guided exercises, participants gain confidence, find their voice, and connect with others on a similar journey.

Mental Health Support

Healing happens in community. We host coffee chats, social gatherings, and special events designed to foster meaningful connections and provide emotional support. Whether it’s a casual conversation over coffee or a movie night at the VFW, we create spaces where people feel seen, heard, and supported. Additionally, we offer mental health resources to help individuals navigate their personal growth and wellness journey.

Community Engagement

Everyone’s story matters. Through live performances, storytelling opportunities, and creative advocacy, we empower individuals to share their experiences in impactful ways. Whether stepping onto a stage or sharing their work in a group setting, participants gain confidence, reclaim their narratives, and inspire others in the process.

Sustainable Impact & Fundraising

Our mission thrives on community support. Through fundraising events, donor contributions, and strategic partnerships, we ensure that our programs remain accessible and impactful. Every donation and sponsorship directly supports workshops, events, and resources that help individuals heal and grow. Together, we can create lasting change.

Healing Through Creativity, Growing Through Community
